On Saturday my mum and I made Russian Fudge!
I got the idea from my teacher Mr.G. He said we should make Russian Fudge because it looks like bubbling lava when it's boiling. Mr.G also suggested that we could make Hokey Pokey. Sadly we couldn't make it because we didn't have the right ingredients. Here are some photos of me making the Russian Fudge!
Kia ora Xavier, great job on the Russian Fudge! Mr G was right, it does look like bubbling lava. The last time I made fudge I remember my arm getting sore from having to stir it for ages! I hope you enjoyed eating the fudge. Did you share some with your family? What did they think of it?
